Get a taste of the old world today! This is a taste treat temptation to be sure! This traditional drink from mysterious Morocco is comprised of fine China green gunpowder and other savory green teas flavored with the freshest combination of mints. Refreshing both hot and chilled.
Brewing Instructions: Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 6 oz cup; heat fresh water until steam rises (180 F); let steep for 1 minute. Do NOT oversteep or tea may become bitter. You can infuse the tea leaves multiple times. Green tea has been found to be a powerful aid in weight release programs. Contains less caffeine than a cup of coffee. Sweeten with SBS Teas Vanilla Moon Powder or Sweet Purple Haze Sugar. Iced Tea Instructions: Put 6 teaspoons of tea into a heat resistant pitcher. Pour 1 1/4 cups of freshly boiled water over the tea. Steep for 10-15 minutes or longer. Quarter fill a serving pitcher with cold water. Pour the tea into the pitcher straining the ingredients. Add ice and top-up with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste. A rule of thumb when preparing fresh brewed iced tea is to double the strength of hot tea since it will be poured over ice and diluted with cold water. |
